Description:
Delivering moderate to complex aftermarket power generation projects assuring that the activities are in line with the value proposition, schedule, and budget.
• Identifying proper customer points of contact in each layer of customer accounts and building relationships; fostering customer intimacy.
• Monitoring, coordinating, and expediting all the internal processes for the procurement of project materials and services.
• Reporting major project KPI’s to leadership such as on time delivery, actual revenue versus planned revenue, project margin.
• Manage entire project lifecycle from planning stage through the completion of all contractual delivery obligations, including project close-out review.
• Coordinate all communications between the customer and the Company in a timely manner, from receipt of order through the end of the contract or warranty period if applicable. • Coordinate activity within internal departments for recruitment of project personnel and tooling. • Regularly review project performance and report any significant issues of concern to senior management when the situation warrants. • Report completion of project milestones to ensure on-time invoicing. • Effectively negotiate and record customer project variations ensuring relevant internal departments are notified in a timely manner. • Ensure final project reports and workbooks are completed on time and in-full.
• Identifying risks and opportunities and developing plans for mitigation and enhancement/growth.

To be successful in this role you will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent from an accredited university and 2+yrs of experience in project management.
• Proven records of Project Manager, field service, or contract management in industrial Power Generation
• Travel as required to support order execution. Examples may include Customer visits, External Kickoff or progress meetings, key supplier visits, etc
