The service holder is responsible for coordinating and supervising the Wellhead Platform package during the Life of Project and FEED activities up to the close out.

Compliance and Conduct:× Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding the Company's "Code of Conduct" and HSSE rules and regulations.× Implement HSE rules and requirements within your area of responsibility.× Comply with HSSE training requirements for the position.× Verify that H3SE rules are understood and respected on the worksites, ensuring safe working practices are used byContractors at all project phases.
Team Management: Define, implement, and manage the WELLHEAD PLATFORM team organization. Coordinate allactivities of the WELLHEAD PLATFORM team by informing, supporting, and directing personnel in their roles, responsibilities,and objectives.
Engineering Studies: Identify and manage all necessary WELLHEAD PLATFORM engineering studies performed by client or third parties, ensuring they meet project objectives related to H3SE, schedule, cost, and quality.
Technical Documentation: Define, develop, issue, and maintain all necessary technical documentation related to theNTOKON WELLHEAD PLATFORM package.
Contract Management: Apply the defined Contractual Strategy and prepare and establish all contracts related to theWELLHEAD PLATFORM package. Manage the contracting process in accordance with TEP NIGERIA rules and project procedures up to Contract Award for contracts developed after FID.
Contractor Performance: Manage and control Contractors’ performance in all areas, including H3SE, QA, technical requirements, costs, and planning. Ensure proper administration of contracts and participate as the Company Representative in meetings with Contractors.
Equipment Handover: Deliver and handover equipment to Operation Teams with the required quality, safety level, and fitness for purpose.
Budget Management: Prepare, issue, and closely manage successive WELLHEAD PLATFORM Budgets to comply withthe approved COMEX budget
.• Reporting: Ensure adequate and timely reporting to Project Management on progress and concerns.
Interface Management: Ensure that interfaces with all other concerned packages (Drilling, CSP & Topsides, and FieldOperation) are handled correctly.
Stakeholder Relations: Assist Project Management with relations with Partners and authorities regarding WELLHEADPLATFORM matters. Prepare and participate in Workshops/Committee meetings with Partners and authorities as required.
Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality of all documentation produced, regardless of its format


Qualification: Engineer or equivalent
• Languages: English mandatory
• Professional Experience: 10-15 years Managerial experience in the Oil & Gas Industry or Construction field
• Experience in similar position: 5-10 years
