Legal & Contracts Advisor – Major Project
We are looking for an experienced Legal & Contracts Advisor to support the contract management team on a major infrastructure project. This role will focus on procurement and subcontracting activities, covering both pre-award and post-award contract management.

We are looking for an experienced Legal & Contracts Advisor to support the contract management team on a major infrastructure project. This role will focus on procurement and subcontracting activities, covering both pre-award and post-award contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal and contract support to procurement and subcontracting teams.
- Assist in pre-award activities, including contract terms and conditions negotiation.
- Manage claims, variations, and contractual correspondences.
- Ensure effective contract flow-down to vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Support contract execution, risk assessment, and compliance with industry standards.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to mitigate legal and commercial risks.
- Strong expertise in Common Law / Law of England & Wales.
- Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects within the energy, power, or carbon capture sectors.
- Skilled in contract negotiation, legal drafting, and risk management.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a fast-paced project environment.
- Fluency in English (French language skills are a plus).
