Responsibilities :
 
  • Review and draft bilingual contracts, external documents, and legal papers.
  • Handle patent/trademark applications, responses, and various administrative procedures for extensions.
  • Provide internal legal consultation within the company.
  • Plan and optimize the contract system setup.
  • Manage and handle litigation and non-litigation cases.
  • Formulate and draft internal regulations and procedures.
  • Plan and arrange internal training sessions.
  • Promote updates on laws and regulations.
  • Establish compliance systems (trade secrets, GDPR, ISO 27001).
  • Other administrative tasks and duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; a Master's degree (LLM) or Juris Doctor (JD) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in the semiconductor or technology industry.
  • Proven track record in handling patent/trademark applications, litigation, and compliance matters.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for contracts and legal documents.
  • Proficiency in managing intellectual property portfolios and related legal issues.
  • Ability to provide strategic legal advice to senior management and other departments.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor technologies and industry-specific legal challenges.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001, and other relevant compliance frameworks.
