Hours: M-F 40 hours per week—some OT will be required.
Pay Range: Negotiable based on experience and skillset. Per diem offered for out of market candidates.
Duration: Long-term contract.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all lifting operations adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Oversee and direct the activities of lift operators and rigging personnel. Provide training and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
- Plan and coordinate all lifting operations, including the selection of appropriate lifting equipment and accessories. Schedule lifts in collaboration with other departments to minimize downtime.
- Conduct pre-use and periodic inspections of lifting equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. Report and coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to lifting operations. Maintain accurate records of lifting activities and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement emergency response procedures related to lifting operations. Conduct regular drills and training sessions.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including management, safety officers, and operational staff.
- Must have at least 10+ of experience dedicated to managing and supervising crane lifts.
- Must have at least 5+ years of experience working in a refinery setting.
- Must have extensive knowledge around OSHA standards on crane lifts as well as managing the rigging crew.
- A CCO Lifting Certification would be a big plus.
- Candidates local to the Lima, OH region are a big plus.
