Masterdata coordinator
 
Contract period: 01.12.2024 - 14.05.2025
Location: Stavanger

Main Tasks: 

- Perform operational task in Masterdata: receive request and perform quality control on document and process. 
- Create/change Master data for MMP area. 
- Be a part of a fast-paced and dynamic commercial environment, working closely with the business; operation, business development, process owners as well as IT. 
- Have responsibility for correct Master Data information in our applications. 
- Create and change information of Master Data based on business needs. 
- Be part of enhancing the Master Data team and process to meet future requirements for digitisation. 
- Contribute to implement new processes and integration to new or changed applications. 
- Collaboration across disciplines is vital for the success of the master data function. 

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferably in Economics or IT. 
- Experience ideally with master data management is preferred, however someone with business analysis, information analysis, or data quality experience will also be considered. 
- Good competency with Excel, SAP and knowledge as well as an interest for digitisation would be beneficial. 
- Well organised and comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast and dynamic environment. 
- A passion and drive for recognising and suggesting ways to make improvements along with excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a wide range of people. 
- A strong analytic and commercial mindset, with an ability to work accurately and to deadlines. 
- A professional level of English, both written and oral is essential, fluent in Norwegian is beneficial.
