Material Manager

Nes Fircroft is seeking a seasoned Materials Manager to join a leading company at the forefront of energy transition and hydrogen production.


Role : Material manager
Location : NORMAND'HY, Saint Jean de Fonville
Start date : ASAP
Duration : 12 months
 

Goals and deliverables

• controls the material flow with utilizing standard company methods and equipment such that materials are
• available in time, in the required quality and quantity
• informs and reports to the Site/ Construction Manager on material related issues
• in charge of local procurement
• functionally responsible for all area material controllers and will ensure that they in turn apply the proper procedures and report back with all necessary information
• Coordinates construction subcontractors’ activities and monitors the performance in his discipline for compliance with logistic documentation and schedule

Skills
Skills in controlling in Man Hour budget and project cost
English & French Language
Skill in organization and planning
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Proficient with SAP
Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff
