Reporting to: MM&L Senior manager
Role Synopsis
- The MM&L team is responsible for ensuring Materials Management and Logistics (MM&L) activities comply to the project Development and Production Contract (DPC). The team will baseline current practices and develop/update procedures, processes and underpinning systems.
- This role will directly report to the project MM&L Senior manager and will develop and implement MM&L procedures, guidelines and compliance frameworks. The role will also provide procurement input on inventory management, P2P and other ERP system developments.
Key Accountabilities
- Review the DPC and other relevant regulations and develop the project MM&L procedures, guidelines and other process and systems documentation.
- Develop the implementation and roll out plans for the relevant procedures and documentation in support of the end-to-end supply chain process
- Provide MM&L input for inventory management, P2P and other ERP system developments for the project.
- Develop and release system and process e-training materials (including detailed system manuals and workflow guidance documents)
- Provide coaching and training to the wider MM&L team members for the MM&L related processes, procedures and ensure the compliance.
- Support any special projects required within MM&L team.
Criteria & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Materials and Logistics management
- Materials Management and Logistics experiences, including experiences in Oil & Gas industry.
- Deep understanding of MM&L policies, standards, procedures, processes and systems.
- Hands-on experiences in developing and deploying MM&L related processes and procedures
- Track record collaborating with MM&L teams and other stakeholders to develop practical processes.
- Good knowledge of MM&L systems – e.g. SAP/Maximo and 3rd party service provision models
- Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision, with great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
