Responsibilities & Qualifications of the Mechanical Assembler include, but are not limited to

  • Training provided (Stator Department)
  • Must be able to frequently move heavy material (50lbs+) and must be able to keep up with production. 
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • This is a hands-on job. Not a position where they just hit a button and monitor the machines.
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints. Required to read prints thoroughly before performing on the stators.
  • Must work with a safety mindset. The work area is compact and so many things are going on at once, so must be very careful of damaging the stators or any machines/equipment.
  • Climate controlled. Work area is loud and fast-paced.

Additional Information:
  • Working Conditions: Shop (Climate Controlled)
  • (1st shift: 5am. 2nd shift: 5pm)
  • Lots of Overtime
