Responsibilities & Qualifications of the Molding Tech (Entry Level) include, but are not limited to:
  • Responsible to adhering to production schedule by being at your machine at the start of your shift to your assigned
    press(s)
  • Able to successfully achieve daily production goal of rubber/phenolic goods
  • Able to maintain low scrap rate
  • Maintain workplace organization (5S standards)
  • All other duties as assig

  • Eligible for benefits and bump in pay after probationary period
  • Work Overtime 
  • Mon-Thurs 6a - 6pm (Three-day weekend w/50hr weeks
