ONSHORE EXECUTION COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES HSE · Drive an incident free environment through establishing and maintaining a strong safety culture.· Contribute to the development and execution of safe work processes, operating procedures, and guidelines to ensure processsafety, operational safety, and plant integrity. Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensurecompliance to relevant health, safety (occupational & process) and environmental excellence procedures and controls withinarea of responsibility to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, and a responsible environmental attitude.· Knowledge of Company HSE policy, rules, and procedures (HSE MS) and particularly ISO14001 standard.· Participation to HSE activities and global improvement (e.g., referential, reporting, REX, audits, MAESTRO, trainings, HSEaction plans and specific other HSE responsibilities, Is a member of the site emergency team.Main Role· Report to the Sr Project engineer & coating support.· Overall responsible for the coordination of the project execution:- Ensure detailed coordination of execution phases for the project: preparation, execution, and post works.- First line of contact with offshore for the project, day to day interface and resolution of operational needs in all phases- Create/Release work orders required to supply materials during Execution phase.- Ensure close monitoring with logistics and shipment so no downtime is experienced offshore with regards tomaterials/equipment delivery- Update of Revision code and planner group in work orders as necessary.- Liaise with all entities for a timely update and closure of SAP work orders.- Maintain with offshore the weekly update on temporary equipment status/register as per NOC Management ofTemporary Equipment procedure: enhance safety, minimize process equipment downtime and operational costs.- Collate weekly data from S-Curve(Progress) and NPT Tracker and review/follow up on inefficiencies as required beforedelivering at weekly meeting- Review NPT Trends on a weekly basis to identify sticking points and review potential solutions to alleviate any issuesmoving forward.- Review weekly Dashboard figures for Backlog Hours and compare to previous weeks for discussion at weekly meeting.- Responsible for the readiness of the JUB(s) with IT Equipment and network access through liaising with IT/Network teams.· Meetings:- Chair daily execution progress meeting with offshore, capture and maintain the action tracker. Follow up with responsibleparties to ensure Timely closure of actions assigned.- Chair the 5-week-lookahead meeting, report progress to stakeholders and management, check for potential synergiesand conflicts. Propose solutions/optimization. Same process with the 4 months planning (monthly basis)- Chair a weekly (pre 5 week lookahead) meeting to review for Synergies and conflicts with the execution teams offshore,review together, update and finalize for delivery at weekly meeting (5 Week Lookahead)· Continuous improvement- Custodian and responsible to maintain the lessons learned for the project, guide and support team members creatinglearning environment.- Collate and consolidate Lessons learned throughout the ongoing phases and arrange meeting internally and with offshoremanagement to review at the end of a phase.- Responsible for the close out reports issuance.- Regular review of SAP work orders, ensure correctness and readiness, liaise with responsible persons / coordinators toensure proper preparation, deferral and planning of activity.- Support the LAFD process for backlog management and reduction. Controlled Main Role· Others- Act as onshore focal point for project allocated Synergi actions follow-up and closure.- Act as UC#3 – Offshore Activities Optimization tool champion: Review the plan for each site and propose optimization aswell as synergies | Weekly report on value generated – Synergies, WO closed.- Provide site with visibility on upcoming workload / backlog work orders within the same area where the project will beworking.- Pro-active attitude and take responsibility for self-progression.- Ad-hoc tasks as requested by line manager.- Adhoc trips offshore to liaise with the BRP Teams and ensure project execution is efficient.· Communication lines with both offshore and onshore:- Offshore Base Operations: OIM, OTL, HSE and work preparators- Offshore Backlog project: Offshore focal as primary point, OFMS, Campaign and E&C supervisors- Onshore Backlog project: Project Control Lead, Planners, Coating specialist, Manpower admin, Material Coordinators,Inspection Engineer.- Onshore: Leads and coordinators from each entity – OC room, Campaign, Shutdown, FM, E&C, Shared Resources,warehouse, and Logistics, Marine.- Offshore Marine: CSR of JUB’s or accommodation vessels as required for any Backlog Project related items- Onshore/Offshore IT & Telecoms support roles. Radios, IT Set-up on JUB’s…- Potential interfaces and coordination with Maintenance discipline engineers (cranes, …)- External: Vendors and contractors. CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT Rotational Position holder located onshore in Doha NOC office.Needs to maintain good communication with other departments and all maintenance focal points. Decisions must be taken under pressure in case of critical problem on the operations site(s). QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Education: A-levels + 3 years study in disciplineProfessional experience: 10 years' experience in the field of production on oil and gas production installationsTechnical competencies: Knowledge of process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations – Rotating equipment’s, hydraulic, cranes, valves, and compressors.Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of SAPBehavioral competencies: - Ability to work independently while maintaining good relations with colleagues and others and also work in team mainly with his lead - Physical ability to work on onshore and offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site.Other competencies: He must have a proven sense of responsibility and a talent for management.
