Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Logistics Management – Oversee the movement of equipment, materials, and products, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Strategic Planning – Develop and implement business strategies, operational plans, and growth initiatives.
- Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and support revenue growth through contract and rate negotiations.
- Workforce & Leadership – Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, ensuring strong communication and fostering a positive organizational culture.
- Safety & Compliance – Champion safety management systems, training programs, and regulatory compliance to ensure a safety-first workplace.
- Customer & Partner Relations – Maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners, ensuring exceptional service and long-term business success.
- Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills
- Background in Oil & Gas operations, business management, or logistics
- Experience overseeing teams of 50+ employees
- HR experience or education is an asset
- Familiarity with transportation and trucking operations is a plus
- Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 based on experience
