Role: Painting & Insultation Engineer
Location: Paris, France
Duration: 12 months renewable
Start date: ASAP

The Painting & Insulation Engineer will perform the following tasks:

•            Develop Painting Specifications and Insulation Specifications
•            Review Vendor Documents : Painting Procedure, FQCP, ITP
•            Perform Material Take Off Activities of painting and Insulation systems applicable to Piping
•            Clarify with Process discipline design and operating conditions to confirm selection of applicable painting & insulation systems
•            Manage interfaces with Engineering Disciplines and QCS to address Vendor Queries & Deviation requests
•            Participate in meetings with Clients and Partners
•            Produce quality deliverables
•            Report on activities performed on a weekly basis to the Materials & Welding Lead on the assigned Project

BASIC DOCUMENTATION
The basic documentation provided by the subcontractor is:
- The Project Documents and International Standards
- The Department Welcome Booklet (QHSE Booklet….)

PROCEDURES - METHODOLOGY
Project Procedures, the State of Art, as well as the Quality Procedures applicable to the relevant project, shall be implemented, in particular for:
- Performing the Scope Of Work requested

QUALITY OF THE ISSUED DOCUMENTS
Documents issued by the subcontractor shall have the required quality according to above defined tasks, in particular:
- Technical quality
- Content quality (in relation with information contained in documentation)
- All documents will be written in the contract language

 SCHEDULE AND TARGETS
The subcontractor will follow the Project Planning targets. These documents are available with the operational lead representative.

Experience & Qualifications required
•            Msc Degree in Materials Engineering or Chemistry,
•            5 - 10 years experience in engineering or site activities in Painting & Insulation field,
•            Good knowledge of applicable code & standards related to Painting and Insulation,
•            Work proficiently in English,
•            Self-managing, dynamic and responsive
•            Good teamwork and inter-personal skills,
