Hours: M-F—40 Hours Per Week. Some OT will be required.
Duration: 1 year with possibility of longer duration.
Pay: $60-$70/hr. + monthly living allowance for non-local candidates.

Job Details
Location: Monaca, PA
Hours: M-F—40 Hours Per Week. Some OT will be required.

Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate implementation of the ITP and audit preparation of quality control packages.
- Sign off on test and acceptance forms as required (ITRs, PMI, NDE, PWHT, hydro test, etc.)
- Sign off on equipment and fabrication data books.
- Complete in-progress inspections at defined points per Inspection and Test Plan.
- Review and approve contractor and fabricator procedures (PMI, NDE, PWHT, hydrotest, WPS/PQR, ITP, etc.) consistent with company standards with support from company engineer(s).
- Implementation and management of preservation requirements.
- Review and approval repair plans with support from the project PEI / MMI Technical Assurance Engineer.
- Participate in development and assure closure of punch list items during final equipment / module erection and field installation.
- Review the appropriate request for information and non-conformance reports generated by the fabricator and construction contractors for adherence to project specifications. Answer the questions that arise as to the interpretation of the specifications. Seek help from the PEI/MMI Technical Assurance Engineer as required.
Job Qualifications
- Must have 5+ years of QA experience around piping and/or static equipment.
- Must hold at minimum two API certifications related to piping, coatings, and/or static equipment (API 510, API 570, API 577, or API 653).
- Must have extensive knowledge of industry codes such as ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, ASME B31 (Code for Pressure Piping), and various API and IOGP industry guidelines.
- Must have previous experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industries supporting brownfield or greenfield projects.
- Additional certifications such as AWS CWI, IOGS, ISO 9001, etc. are an added benefit.
- Candidates local to the Monaca, PA region are highly preferred.
