We are recruiting for Permit Specialist. This position is a Rotational Position No Educational Assistance nor Medical Insurance for dependents
 
Job Description

Job Requirements: Qualifications
  • 12 years secondary education and a two-year technical diploma.
  • Experience
  • At least 10 years in the Oil/Gas industry with a minimum of 5 years in a senior Work Permit supervisory role
  • Comprehensive understanding of Gas Plant design, controls, maintenance and operations.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with electronic Control of Work system, in a dedicated role as Permit Coordinator or Area Authority, on a live upstream Oil and Gas facility.
  • Possess excellent I.T. skills to administer and perform housekeeping of the ePTW system.
  • Sound knowledge of industry control of work procedures, risk assessments, audit procedures.
  • Recognised practical proven experience with a work permit application.
  • Proven problem-solving and structured organisational abilities and thinking.
  • Strong HSE motivation and leadership qualities.
  • Brown field / green field interface experience
 
Other Competencies / Skills / Others
 
  • Excellent English language skills both written and spoken.
  • Valid UAE driving license
