DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS

DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS
- Single-point accountability for the consortium and towards the employer for all project permits and licensing issues, deliverables, and support.
- Provide day-to-day assistance, expertise, and documentation to the employer to satisfy the employer’s permit applications towards the German authorities.
- Provide technical support to the employer in the context of official or public meetings as part of the permitting approval process.
- Ensure the Consortium Members comply with the requirements of employer permits and licenses in the execution of the project scope of work.
- Review permit progress and follow up on delays, actions, and comments from authorities and external stakeholders to ensure permits are achieved on time.
- Ensure Permit Terms and conditions such as the provision of working Plans, Piling Plans, and lighting plans are applied.
- Act under the Employers Permit Procedure, including provision of all cooperation necessary to support the Employer Permitting Process.
- Develop, manage, and maintain the consortium permits and licensing register.
- Describe the Permits and Licensing Process as part of the Consortium Project Quality Management System.
- Deliver all permits and approvals required by the consortium contractor as planned on time to maintain schedule achievement.
- Develop win-win working relationships with employers, authorities, and other stakeholder groups on all permitting and licensing interactions.
- Plan, measure, report, correct, and achieve project permitting objectives.
- University Degree in relevant field.
- Relevant Qualification in the Offshore Permitting Process.
- Demonstrated experience in at least 2 similar offshore wind projects as a permitting manager.
- Executed similar role for EPCI contractor towards offshore wind project for employer.
