Location: Basrah/ virtual
Job Type: 5/2 - 8hours per day - Iraq working days (Sunday to Thursday)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Power App Coach to guide and mentor teams in leveraging Microsoft's Power Platform. The Power App Coach will be responsible for training, developing, and supporting custom business applications using Power Apps, ensuring solutions align with business goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

(a) Training and Mentoring:
  • Provide training sessions and one-on-one coaching on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Bi.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and documentation
(b) Solution Development:
  • Assist in designing, developing, and implementing Power Apps solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, security protocols, and best practices.
(c) Best Practices:
  • Promote best practices for app development, data management, and workflow automation.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure the accuracy and quality of deliverables.
(d) Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Power Apps solutions.
  • Act as the primary connection between technical teams and business stakeholders.
(e) Documentation and Reporting:
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, process flows, and project reports.
  • Present project updates, risks, and technical insights to stakeholders
Qualifications:
(a) Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
(b) Experience:
  • Proven experience in developing and coaching on Power Apps solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with system architecture, software development, and/or IT infrastructure.
(c) Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power bi, and integration with other Microsoft services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, system design, and database management.
(d) Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
(e) Certifications:
  • Relevant Microsoft Certifications: Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Platform App Maker Associate, and Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
(f) Other Requirements:
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
