Location and hours: Uk, Remote.
Monday-Friday.
40 hours per week.
Reporting to: Contracting and Compliance Lead

Role Synopsis

• The Contracting and Compliance (C&C) Team is responsible for ensuring procurement activities comply to the project Development and Production Contract (DPC).  The team will develop procedures, processes, governance, underpinning systems, contract models and support the establishment of wider compliance frameworks for the site.
• This role will directly report to the PSCM Contracting and Compliance Lead and will develop and implement procurement procedures, guidelines and other compliance frameworks.  The role will also provide procurement input on P2P, S2C, supplier registration and other ERP system developments.

Key Accountabilities

• Review the DPC and the middle eastern Standard Contracting and Procurement Procedural (SCPP) framework requirements and develop the site procurement procedures, guidelines and other process and systems documentation.
• Develop the implementation and roll out plans for the relevant procedures and documentation in support of the end-to-end Procurement process
• Provide functional procurement input for P2P, S2C, CDD, supplier registration and other ERP system developments for the project.
• Develop and release system and process e-training materials (including detailed system manuals and workflow guidance documents)
• Provide coaching and training to the wider Procurement team members for the Procurement related processes, procedures and ensure the compliance.
• Support any special projects required within C&C team.

Criteria & Qualifications

• Degree educated - something related to Procurement preferred - or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Procurement/supply chain experiences, including experiences in Oil & Gas industry.
• Deep understanding of procurement policies, standards, procedures, processes and systems.
• Hands-on experiences in developing and deploying procurement related processes and procedures
• Experience in procurement related contracting, sourcing, contract and supplier management related activities
