Main Tasks:
  • Responsible for Company’s procurement activities related to establish and manage agreements. 
  • Holds the mandate to legally commit the Company to suppliers. 
  • Manage and follow-up of contracts and frame agreements, including handling of variation orders, amendments, option assessments, negotiations etc.
  • Contribute to ensure agreement understanding and compliance (training of contract users) 
  • Safeguard correct use of the contract 
  • Collaboration with internal partner/customers 
  • Collaboration with suppliers and internal partners, including D&W business line 
  • Ensure stakeholder management 
  • Initiate and implement improvements 
  • Strategic procurement responsibilities and challenging tasks
  • Lead enquiry processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, negotiation) 
  • Implement and operationalize new agreements 
  • Framework agreements, project specific contracts and call offs 
  • Shape the future global contract portfolio through segment strategies together with business line and suppliers 
  • Identify business cases and drive change in contract relationship to maximize value for company 
  • Ensure contract compliance, identify, and manage risk 
  • Stakeholder management in relevant business line together with Company Representative and Contract Owner 
  • Contribute to correct and optimal use of agreements in collaboration with Company Representative, including supporting the business line


Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor/Master degree in supply chain management, finance, economics or law.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within contracting work.
  • Good communication skills (written and oral), in English and/or Norwegian. 
  • Are performance driven, have a strong interest for commercial aspects, being cost-conscious, are engaged and proactive, curious and have a high level of professional- as well as personal integrity
