This individual would manage a small team of consultants and be responsible for both consulting with existing clients and driving new business development.

Job Details
Location: Milwaukee, WI—Remote candidates will be considered.    
Hours: M-F—40 hours per week—Some OT will be required as the project progresses.  
Pay Range: Negotiable based on previous experience.
Other Benefits: 401K Match, 3-4 weeks of PTO, and annual bonus incentives.
 
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients for all products and machines the company offers.
  • Manage and continuously train a team of client support specialists.
  • Support and train international sales partners.
  • Write procedures and technical documents to explain products, maintenance inspections, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Discover and understand customer needs and brand value.
  • Perform root cause analysis on equipment and individual products.
  • Research competitor products.
  • Assist with warranty review.
  • Produce and maintain various electronic data for all clients within the existing company system.
  • Develop working relationships with subcontractors to address and resolve problems and develop better cooperation for working together toward producing the highest quality products at the lowest possible cost.
  • Promote and manage product repairs which includes Contractors, Consultants, Engineering, Suppliers and Procurement teams.
  • Act as technical resource for engineering, purchasing, quality and field sales, assisting in addressing and resolving questions and problems.
  • Participate on cross-functional teams to address and resolve manufacturing, design and quality problems and ensure continuous improvement of processes and methods.
  • Suggest ideas for new products.
  • Stay current with new developments in the industry.
  • Keep informed of new parts or methods to improve products or product designs.
  • Follow all housekeeping procedures.
  • Comply with all quality, training and safety regulations. This includes the requirement to pass a fit test with a respirator which may limit facial hair.
  • Provide client training in classroom and in the field on products and equipment.
  • Provide support at Trade Shows
 
Job Qualifications
  • Must have at least 5+ years of technical experience related to engineering or customer support of rock crushing equipment.
  • Must have previous experience and extensive knowledge of at least one or more of the following: Cone Crusher, Gyratory Crusher, Jaw Crusher, Screens.
  • Must be willing to drive new sales opportunities, attend trade shows, and travel to client sites up to 20% of the time.
  • A degree in Mechanical or Mining Engineering would be a big plus.
  • Previous sales or client facing experience would be a big plus.
  • Candidates local to the Milwaukee, WI region are ideal.
