A minimum of 2 years of experience is required. While certifications are not necessary, oil field experience, computer proficiency, and strong communication skills are important. We are seeking candidates with a solid work ethic, a sense of responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills who can collaborate effectively with others. Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is strongly preferred.
The technician will work closely with other production staff to ensure production goals for both quality and quantity are met. This role is technically demanding and requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or GED is required by Company, with an associate degree preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Schedule: 10/4, with 8-hour shifts for 10 consecutive days, followed by 4 days off. The work week runs from Sunday to Saturday.
