📍 Location: Arnhem (Hybrid: Monday & Wednesday in-office, other days remote)

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the improvement portfolio within Offshore Operations. This role focuses on managing and aligning multiple projects with strategic goals to drive efficiency and progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, offshore operations, and energy sector experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Portfolio Management
✔ Academic working and thinking level with a relevant university degree.
✔ Proven experience in program management (not just project management).
✔ Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Industry Experience
✔ Strong background in the offshore energy sector and operations & maintenance (O&M).
✔ Experience managing programs that integrate people, IT systems, and processes.
Skills & Competencies
✔ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to create structure, rhythm, and engagement within an organization.
✔ Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).

- Oversee the execution of the improvement portfolio and ensure alignment with offshore operational strategy.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring structured execution, progress tracking, and measurable results.
- Provide clear stakeholder communication and identify risks with appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational workflows.
- Establish best practices to optimize efficiency in offshore operations and maintenance (O&M).
- Ensure effective resource allocation, budget adherence, and quality assurance.
- Foster a results-driven work environment with clear accountability and ownership.
- Act as a key liaison between leadership, operational teams, and external partners.
- Ensure effective stakeholder alignment at all levels, including risk communication to senior management.
- Guide teams through organizational capability development to meet long-term strategic goals.

Additional InformationThe Team & Unit
- The Offshore Operations unit consists of 80 professionals, including operations, technical support, and business administration.
- You will work within the Business Administration & Business Excellence Team, which focuses on portfolio and risk management, long-term strategy, and program execution.
- The team is expanding from 12 to 20-25 members over the next few years.
- Lead the total improvement portfolio with a focus on synergy, prioritization, and execution.
- Ensure 90% of initiatives are successfully implemented by end of 2025, with a clear roadmap for future years.
- Strengthen program and project management capabilities across the organization.
- A Pre-Employment Screening (PES) will be conducted before the start date.
- Candidates must provide a valid passport or ID during the interview and onboarding process.
