Project Change Coordinator 
 
Contract period: 01.04.2025 - 31.03.2026
Location: Stavanger

Main Tasks:
  • Be proactive and work closely with project members to understand the implications of identified changes and ensure smooth change management process and implementation. 
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Project Commercial Manager related to changes with high risk to mitigate risks, and ensure changes align with commercial strategies and objectives. 
  • Coordinate and co-operate with Project estimator and planner to follow-up estimation of the cost and plan consequence of changes in scope and/or framework and/or other reasons for change. 
  • Coordinate with the Project Controller and Project Planner to ensure approved Client changes and internal changes are implemented in project budget and schedule. 

Qualifications:
  • Master or Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in business, project management within the energy sector. 
  • Fluent language skills in Norwegian and English, both written and oral. 
  • Have the ability to work independently and in a team, to be proactive and focused on safety. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Analytic and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to manage resistance and foster a positive attitude towards change.
