About the Role:

NES Fircroft have partnered with a global company who are leading the way with their Electrification business. They are looking for a Project Coordinator & Document Control Specialist to support Project Managers in delivering customer contracts efficiently. This role involves coordinating project schedules, overseeing documentation, and ensuring the smooth execution of service projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and scheduling service project activities.
  • Monitor and manage project performance and documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and version control of documents.
  • Develop work plans and cost estimates, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the Electrification Service Portfolio is an advantage.
  • A qualification in Business Administration or a related field is desirable.

  • Flexible hours: Monday to Friday
  • Work-from-home flexibility after the initial onboarding period.
  • 8 to 12-month contract with the potential for permanency.
  • $38 - $45 per hour + super
