Our Client:
Our client is an international company specializing in the development and EPC of renewable energy assets. The company operates in most European countries and has a significant portfolio of photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects at an advanced development stage in Poland. This year, they plan to reach the ready-to-build (RTB) stage for several hundred megawatts. All projects were greenfield, with the majority having already obtained grid connection permits.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire project portfolio, which includes full project management using external subcontractors and obtaining necessary permits.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire project portfolio, which includes full project management using external subcontractors and obtaining necessary permits.
In this role you would:
- supervise development of whole projects' portfolio (projects starting from capacities of 25MW)
- conduct meetings with local authorities and all relevant stakeholders
- manage development on each project
- coordinate work of external subcontractors (i.e. design offices, environmental consulting companies etc.)
- closely cooperate with Managing Director
- properly guide all projects until RTB stage
- support handover from RTB stage to EPC department
- have at least 3 years of experience in scope of RES project's development
- have experience in coordinating significant portfolio of projects
- be capable to multitask and take responsibility for timelines of whole subsequent package of projects
- communicate freely in English
- have experience in permitting
- be a communicative person with well developed organizational skills
