Job Description: They are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, coordinating, and ensuring the proper execution of various projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Analyzing project results and taking necessary initiatives for optimization.
  • Implementing new installations and improving existing ones, managing the process from A to Z.
  • Writing and managing technical documents such as P&IDs, work instructions, and procedures.
  • Ensuring necessary reporting and internal communication.
  • Managing and motivating employees, and working smoothly with all parties involved, such as contractors, operators, and technical services.
  • Reporting directly to the General Manager.
Who They Are Looking For:
  • A master's degree in chemical or electrical engineering.
  • Experience within a similar sector (chemistry, recycling, ecology).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • A critical eye for improvements and efficiency.
  • Ownership and enjoyment of working on projects.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to thrive in a driven and dynamic SME environment.
