Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage CAPEX projects within our Biotechnology and Food Ingredients division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of capital expenditure projects, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and deliver value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, vendors, and team members, to ensure project alignment and support.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
• Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, including milestones, risks, and financial status.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing CAPEX projects, preferably in the biotechnology or food ingredients sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the biotechnology or food ingredients industry.
• Knowledge of Hungarian regulations and standards related to CAPEX projects.
• Fluency in English.
