About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Biogas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental technology, plant development, and gas infrastructure. This role requires excellent project management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Assess and scout new project opportunities.
  • Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:

  • Completed technical or economic training (preferably both).
  • Expertise in environmental technology, plant development, gas grids, or gas infrastructure.
  • Over 5 years of practical experience as a project manager in renewable energy plants or gas infrastructure.
  • Experience in dealing with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience in PM tools.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English (oral and written).
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Business management skills (accounting, budgeting).
  • Good PC skills (Office, ERP).
