NES Fircroft is partnered with a world leader in mining who is seeking an experienced Project Manager for an initial 6-month contract position based in their head office located in Brisbane CBD
As the Project Manager, you will be part of the early planning stages through to execution ensuring seamless integration and operational needs

About the role
Main job responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Oversee the toll-gating process for EME projects, from concept to execution
  • Manage budget, forecasts, and project schedules to deliver on time and within scope
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including engineering, maintenance and operations teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and engineering standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and identify cost-saving opportunities

About You
As the successful candidate you will possess the following:
  • Strong Project Management experience ideally in mining
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with site teams, vendors and senior stakeholders
  • Solid financial and scheduling acumen to keep projects on track.
