Quality Site Engineer

Quality Site Engineer – Romania - Satu Mare (55 MWp)
Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with quality standards, project requirements, and safety regulations.
• Conduct on-site quality inspections for civil, electrical, and mechanical works.
• Develop and implement quality control plans (QCP) and inspection test plans (ITP).
• Inspect materials (concrete, steel, cables) and supervise testing of foundations, structures, and electrical installations.
• Verify the correct installation of solar panels, inverters, and mounting structures.
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure project quality.
• Maintain quality documentation, conduct audits, and support final inspections and commissioning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in solar or energy projects.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify quality issues.
• Good understanding of HSE regulations and industry standards.
