NES Fircroft Permanent Placement division is looking for a Regional HR Manager based in the UAE.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage all aspects of HR operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide support and guidance to HR staff and other employees when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry would be valuable, but not essential.
