We are collaborating with a globally recognized scientific equipment firm that is on the lookout for a driven and results-focused candidate to fill the role of Regional Sales Account Manager in the Life Sciences and Medical sector.

The perfect candidate will take charge of boosting sales in a specific geographic area, building robust customer relationships, and meeting revenue goals. In this role, you will be instrumental in showcasing our products and services, enhancing the company's market footprint, and ensuring that customers are satisfied.

Requirements :
  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to create new leads and strengthen the sales pipeline.
  • Assess leads by understanding their needs to see if they match our offerings.
  • Share information and present our value to engage prospects and create sales chances.
  • Work with the technical sales team to design strategies that help us meet and surpass lead generation and revenue goals.
  • Take care of current accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction while looking for upsell and cross-sell chances.
  • Regularly check in with customers to grasp their changing needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Use CRM tools to track lead activities, update customer details, and provide accurate sales predictions.
  • Keep informed about industry trends and market conditions to spot new business chances.
  • Join sales meetings, training, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Give feedback to the marketing team on lead generation efforts and suggest ways to improve future campaigns.
  • Always maintain professionalism and integrity while representing the company to potential clients.
Qualification:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a similar discipline is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, ideally within a B2B context.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
