Job Posting Title: Regulatory Analyst 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support to asset teams in completing and submitting regulatory filings including but not limited to drilling permits, completions, recompletions, flare permits, commingle permits, and injection permits with all associated forms.
• Research and assist to resolve all compliance issues.
• Maintain in-house tracking systems with current information.
• Request and review as drilled plats provided by the survey company.
• Distribute filings to teams and departments as needed.
• Assist with review of assets for compliance issues during acquisitions and divestitures.
• Work with service company to obtain, review and file W-15’s • Complete all data collection for completion packets • Assess and resolve violation notices for assigned area.
 
Required Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience comprehending and interpreting State and Federal rules and regulations • Minimum of four (4) years of experience filing State and Federal Documents • Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various regulatory agencies • Must be able to communicate clearly and influence other departments and discuss issues that may arise • Must be able to apply knowledge and use critical thinking skills to achieve work responsibilities • Must be able to work independently with little direction
