Our client is a leading renewable energy developer backed by Western capital. With a strong presence in Poland for many years, they have established themselves as a key player in the renewable energy sector. The company has a proven track record of success in developing both onshore and offshore wind projects. Additionally, they are actively involved in the development of utility-scale photovoltaic plants, hydrogen projects, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).As the growth continues, we are currently seeking for an experienced Senior Project Development Manager to enable proper growth of the development portfolio in Poland.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- development of wind and solar projects until RtB stage
- proper cooperation with all relevant, internal and external, stakeholders including engineering department, environmental department, grid connection department, design offices
- monitoring and supervision of progress on assigned project' portfolio
- active participation in permitting activities, including meeting with local authorities
- advise on planning greenfield projects and support due diligence activities
- cooperation with rest of the development team
- proven track record in RES project development, especially wind experience is an asset
- wilingness to travel (Poland only)
- experience in permitting activities
- communicative level of english
- engineering degree would be an asset
