Job Description
The Sales Executive ensures commercial development over a geographical area and/or a defined activity. The successful candidate will prospect a professional clientele, offer technical solutions according to the client's needs and requirements and negotiate the commercial conditions of the sale.
This role reports to the Deputy Sales Director - France
Responsibilities
- Management of the customer portfolio (maintenance of the link, monitoring of purchases, negotiations, presentation of products)
- Prospecting for road customers across the entire national scope
- Participation in dedicated events (trade shows, dedicated events)
- Analysis and identification of customer or prospect needs
- Establishment of quotes and implementation of a negotiation framework (price, deadlines, etc.)
- Participation in calls for tenders (preparation of responses, participation in defenses)
- Establish activity reports and monitor KPIs
- Participation in the drafting of SOPs as part of the implementation of new traffic
- CRM update
- Active participation in the payment of invoices

- Knowledge of all the services offered by the company as well as the specificities
- Mastery of commercial and prospecting techniques
- Knowledge of the sector of activity and the main stakeholders
- Knowledge of main competitors
- Mastery of IT tools
- Strong relational skills
- Social ease and ability to create relationships with clients

- Resistance to the stress of objectives and the fatigue of travel

- Evolution of turnover on existing customer portfolio
- Evolution of the Gross Margin on existing customer portfolio
- Turnover from new customers

- % of the employee's customer portfolio in the aged balance (matured receivables)
