SAP Change Manager – Oxford – 12 Months Contract
Hybrid 4 days on site, 1 days remote

Required:- Demonstrated 5+ years’ experience in organisational change management roles, global experience, including design and implementation of structured change. Experience in delivering ERP (SAP) changes on a global scale. Communication strategies contributing to the successful delivery of complex digital technology projects. Delivering organisational change in agile environments. Proven experience delivering medium to large and complex projects. Specialised Change Management methodology certifications (e.g. PROSCI). Ability to lead and manage self and others through change on a global scale. Passion and understanding of people and customer needs when delivering change. Strong organisational skills including time management, attention to detail, problem solving, planning & execution, strategic and critical thinking, stakeholder management. Self-motivated and confident in facilitating teams and actions. Ability to engage and influence with impact at all levels of the organisation. Resilient and pragmatic.
My client is looking to establish its global operations requiring and integrated operating model and systems to ensure consistency. Key to this integrated model is the Slipstream business program that has recently been initiated. With a strong focus on the UK operations the program seeks to harmonise my clients’ systems and processes across several work streams. At the heart of this will be the establishment of an ERP environment that can support manufacturing, procurement, payroll, finance and warehousing functions. To this end a skilled SAP Change Manage is required to support the delivery of a complex SAP migration project.
SAP Change Manager Responsibilities
In support of my client’s vision, they are launched its manufacturing efforts with plants soon to be operationally ready in the UK, US, China and Australia, with more global sites to be enabled shortly after.
To be successful they will need to establish its global operations requiring and integrated operating model and systems to ensure consistency. Key to this integrated model is the Slipstream business program that has recently been initiated. With a strong focus on the UK operations the program seeks to harmonise systems and processes across several work streams. At the heart of this will be the establishment of an ERP environment that can support manufacturing, procurement, payroll, finance and warehousing functions. To this end a skilled SAP Change Manage is required to support the delivery of a complex ERP migration project.
