SENIOR AUTOMATION & CONTROLS ENGINEER
Overview: Join a dynamic team focused on advancing drilling operations through automation. This role involves the design, development, and maintenance of drilling control systems and associated software.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain control algorithms, PLC software, and HMI designs
• Automate drilling processes and improve efficiency through innovative solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party contractors
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for control systems
• Ensure adherence to formal change control processes
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in Siemens or Omron PLC programming
• 6+ years in HMI development
• Experience with industrial communication protocols
