Senior buyer
Contract period: 02.12.2024 - 30.11.2026
Location: Stavanger
Main Tasks:
- Responsible for all non-project related procurement in Company.
- Execute procurement activities (PO’s and Contracts) according to requirements.
- Responsible for our supplier frame agreements, as well as other supplier contracts.
- Particular emphasis on hire- in personnel frame agreements.
- Maintain Company’s Supplier agreement archive.
- Prepare ITT documents and perform tender evaluation and negotiation.
- Close cooperation with internal stakeholders (IT, HSEQ, Rotation, adm etc) to forecast requirements.
- Follow up procurement reporting and ensure a clear formal audit trail of correspondence and communication.
- Coordinate supplier quality surveillance and evaluation of new suppliers for approval.
- Assist in work related to the Norwegian Transparency Act.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in relevant subjects.
- Preferably minimum 4-6 years of procurement/contract experience.
- Advanced user level Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel skills in particular).
- Ambitious & willing to lead.
- Good communication and cooperation skills.
- Structured and systematic approach.
- Strong analytic skills.
- Able to work on several complex tasks at the same time.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
- Proactive, solution- and goal orientated.
- QHSE awareness.
