Estimator/Performance Analyst 
 
Contract period: 14.10.2024 - 08.10.2027
Location: Stavanger

Main Tasks: 

- Lead development of data capture and performance analytic tools which is inclusive of managing relevant IT processes as well as project technical information and analytics. 
- Lead the project benchmarking process supporting progress through the decision gates prior to sanction and perform quality control of estimates. 
- Lead continuous improvement on fit for purpose data collection and analytics. 
- Contribute to the development of external service provider tools and databases. 
- Further development of metrics and analytics within company estimating and benchmarking systems.
- Responsible for data collection at various decision gates and as required to support project services tools and benchmarks in general. 
- Ensure compliance and expert in the application of the ISO-19008 cost code structure.
- Estimating support as required for the projects. 

Qualifications:
- BSc/MSc. in Engineering/Economics /Management or equivalent education.  
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Significant experience from oil and gas sectors, this can range from project management, supply chain to engineering.
- Experienced user of Power BI: report designing, data modelling, as well as visualisations.
- In-depth knowledge of estimating processes within the oil & sector: methodologies, metrics, and latest trends. 
- Candidates with experience with Subsea scope of work and estimating is preferred.
- Familiarity with product development lifecycle and relevant processes: lean and agile.  
- Ability to structure and analyse fast high multidimensional data.
- Strong and effective communication skills. Willing to receive/give constructive feedback. 
- Ability to work independently, manage processes and be proactive to get involved.
- Team player with a “One Team” behaviour, proactively seeking advice and sharing knowledge.   
- Can work in a deadline driven environment and can handle many activities at once.
- Able to “speak data” and utilize digital technology and translate it into more efficient work processes and higher productivity.
- Flexible and adaptable to handle changing priorities and new tasks.
- Self-starter with a strong delivery focus, structured and systematic.   
- Have the drive to deliver on an “always improving” mindset, including new working methods and digital tools.
