Senior Integration Data Engineer 
 
Contract period: 17.02.2025 - 31.12.2025
Location: Stavanger

Main Tasks:
  • Identify and evolve integration capabilities to design and implement seamless data integration solutions that enable the smooth flow of data across systems in the organisation.
  • Design robust architectures for data integration that will facilitate the seamless integration of data from various sources, ensuring that systems can communicate effectively.
  • Establishes data quality standards and validation processes to maintain the integrity and ensure compliance with data governance policies across platforms.
  • Be a point of contact and collaborate closely with other teams to provide necessary support and technical guidance.
  • Analyse and establish new integration capabilities identified in close collaboration with relevant teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and policies, industry and company specifications and collaborate with relevant internal functions such as Enterprise Architecture, IT/OT security and IT operations.

Qualifications:
  • Høyskole / Universitet, Hovedfag / Master in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5-year experience within software engineering or data engineering.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and its importance.
  • Azure Solution Architect – experience with integration in general and ETL tools, cloud platforms (Azure) (e.g., MS AZ-305 certified).
  • Experience with Agile ways of working, e.g. Scrum and Kanban.
  • Communicate with, and influence all levels of the organisation.
  • Take responsibility for own task and contribute to the team as a whole.
  • Proactive, takes initiative, drive work forward.
  • Flexible and adaptable to handle changing priorities and new task.
  • Strong analytic skills, able to understand needs and identify solution.
