About the Role
As a Senior Naval Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the naval engineering scope of projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. You may work independently or lead a team of Naval Architects and Designers. Key responsibilities include handling FPSO design and conducting hydrostatic, hydrodynamic, and structural analyses.

You’ll report project progress, challenges, and risks to the Project Engineer and escalate technical anomalies to your Section Head. Additionally, you will respond to queries from the site, client, certifying authorities, and subcontractors in a timely manner. Occasional travel to project sites or shipyards may be required.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for an experienced engineer who is organized, takes ownership, and thrives in problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture or Offshore Engineering.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the offshore industry.
  • Proven ability to organize work scopes and lead teams effectively.
  • Strong expertise in hydrostatic, hydrodynamic, finite element, and fatigue analyses.
  • Familiarity with international design codes and classification society regulations.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
