As Aker Solutions’ global recruitment partner NES Advantage are now looking for: Senior Process Engineer in Stavanger who can help us succeed.
Aker Solutions take care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions employs approximately 11,000 people in more than 20 countries.

What will you be doing?
- Take part as senior process engineer in Front End Study work, for e.g., concept development, generate process documentation
- Prepare datasheet, line list and tie-in index
- Responsible for implementing, delivering and follow-up of Process activities in Studies- according to established procedures and work instructions
Qualifications we think you should have:
- MSc, BSc, Technical College, or other relevant education
- Experience from Front End study within process engineering
- Knowledge and understanding of PFDs and P&IDs
- A proactive problem solver with the right attitude and strategic thinking Comfortable working both in a team and independently
- Ability to work systematically and with great accuracy
- Conversant to extract relevant data from Steady State Simulation
- Flare system skills is an added advantage
- Preferred Software Skills: Flare Analyzers (Flarenet), Vessfire
- Available for work in Norway
- Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and a team player
