Senior Process Engineer (Petrochemical Revamp)
Position Overview:
The Senior Process Engineer shall:
• Provide support and report to Lead Process Engineer on a Petrochemical Revamp Project.
• Ensure all technical documents and data prepared and structured in accordance with the relevant client specifications, design codes, standards, regulations and procedures.
• Review and provide technical inputs on process engineering related technical matters to interfacing disciplines, in coordination with the Lead Process Engineer.
• Check and verify process engineering activities and deliverables in line with the technical and quality plan.
• Identify project scope or design changes or other issues that could adversely affect project cost or schedule, promptly to the Lead Process Engineer.
• Provide supervision and support to team members, particularly less experienced personnel, as needed.

Senior Process Engineer (Petrochemical Revamp)
Position Overview:
The Senior Process Engineer shall:
• Provide support and report to Lead Process Engineer on a Petrochemical Revamp Project.
• Ensure all technical documents and data prepared and structured in accordance with the relevant client specifications, design codes, standards, regulations and procedures.
• Review and provide technical inputs on process engineering related technical matters to interfacing disciplines, in coordination with the Lead Process Engineer.
• Check and verify process engineering activities and deliverables in line with the technical and quality plan.

- Process Simulations (HYSYS, Aspen Flare System Analysis, PIPENET, HTRI, etc.) and Process Simulation Report.
- Process and Utility Flow Diagrams (PFDs / UFDs)
- Material Selection Diagrams (MSDs)
- Heat and Material Balance.
- Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
- Hydraulic and Line Sizing Calculation
- Equipment and Instrument Sizing and Adequacy Checks
- Evaluate Flare and Relief System, Including PSV Sizing Calculations
- Evaluate Hot Oil System
- Evaluate Cooling Water System
- Process Datasheets for Equipment and Instruments
- Participate in Project Reviews including Design Reviews, HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, 3D Model Review, etc.
- Relief and Blowdown Summary
- Effluent and Drainage Summary
- Catalyst and Chemicals Summary and Inventory
- Cause & Effect Diagrams
- Tie-in / Line lists
- Process Design and Analysis Reports / Narrative
- Write-up and update System Operating Manuals, Testing Procedures, etc.
- Vendor Print Review (Engineering Drawings & Documents)
REQUIREMENTS
- Applicant shall have, as a minimum a bachelor’s degree in chemical / petroleum engineering or equivalent engineering specialization.
- Must have at least 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including a minimum of 2 years in petrochemical revamp projects
- Must have a strong background in process engineering design concepts
- Well-versed in process simulation tools, especially HYSYS, Flare System Analyzer, PIPENET, and HTRI
- Well-familiar with international codes and Standards such as API, ASME, and others relevant to process engineering work
- Must be able to speak, read and write Thai as well as possess excellent technical communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
