Location: Stavanger
Main Tasks:
- Manage subsea system barriers and equipment health.
- Risk assessment and risk management relating to subsea equipment incl. subsea controls and interfacing systems.
- Plan, perform and analyse results from test, inspection, maintenance, and monitoring activities.
- Ensure that test, inspection, maintenance, and monitoring activities are performed as efficiently as practical.
- Ensure operational and intervention procedures and guidelines include best practice relating to subsea equipment.
- Identify degraded, damaged, or failed equipment and manage fault finding, investigation, repair, or replacement activity, including writing procedures and supervising work offshore.
- Manage defect elimination studies to ensure systematic learnings are identified and implemented to prevent re-occurrence of faults or failures.
- Identify improvement opportunities across disciplines and assets, including continuous improvement of strategies and work processes.
- Support improvement and transformation activities in the subsea function.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience within oil and gas industry.
