Senior Technical Safety Engineer
Contract period: ASAP - 1 year duration
Location: Stavanger

Contract period: ASAP - 1 year duration
Location: Stavanger
Main Tasks:
- Discipline Input to Design Basis
- Prepare and contribute to reviews (HAZID, HAZOP etc), such as preparation of Term of Reference.
- ALARP assessments
- Dropped Objects Assessments
- Flare Radiation Assessments
- Design of Active Firefighting systems including Hydraulic Calculations.
- Fire & Gas detection layout design
- Functional Safety
- Area Classification
- Fire Protection Data Sheets
- Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA)
- Noise and Vibration Assessments
- Vendor Follow-Up
Qualifications:
- Relevant technical education (MSc og BSc degree)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within Technical Safety
- Basic knowledge about working environment requirements
- Experience from Oil & Gas projects
- Knowledge of Norsok standards
- Excellent cooperation and team-working skills
- Proactive mindset and excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to inform and persuade on complex matters through preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations, and reports
- Software: Pipenet Spray/Sprinkler and IFS
- Very good language skills in Norwegian and English
