ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Shape and drive transformation projects including in line with Business strategy
• Together with the Business and Transformation Lead shape a high-quality transformation strategy and plan across all operating model, organization and people elements of the program/project, build a decision driven critical path to ensure value is captured at the right time.
• Ensure maximum visibility of issues, business risks and mitigations.
• Provide expert advise on transformation capabilities including strategy activation, delivery methods, operating model, org design, people transition, change, workplace, culture and talent, share best practise and external insights Shape and drive M&A integration and separation projects and P&C strategy
• Under the direction of the Business and M&A Integration Lead shape a high-quality P&C integration strategy and plan across all people and organisation elements of the acquired entity, build a decision driven critical path to ensure value is captured at the right time.
• Evaluate critical people related issues from the business evaluation stage, due diligence report and incorporate mitigation into the integration plan.
• Ensure maximum visibility of issues, people-related risks and mitigations
• Lead the development and execution of integration/separation plan in respective projects. Lead the development and execution of agreed value drivers in respective projects
• Drive overall development and execution of agreed value drivers across all workstreams. Directs tasks, communicate decisions to broader working team, monitor overall progress, coordinate dependencies, risk management and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy activities as required to facilitate the smooth transformation of teams, processes and systems resulting from the respective project/program. Support culture, engagement and change efforts throughout transformation programs
• Support engagement efforts to keep employees informed about transformation progress, changes, timelines and support them through the change.
•  Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Business & P&C leadership, senior leadership across finance, legal and other relevant teams as required to ensure alignment and successful execution of transformation programs/projects. Build transformation capability
• Continue capability build for Business and P&C community
• Further develop the different playbooks and tools to support our teams
• Establish a community of practice and deploy training offer Build capability with P&C
• Continue capability build for named COE as well as P&C business partnering community

Key relationships
• Internal key relationships:
o   Senior Business leaders, Senior Transformation leaders, Senior P&C leaders, M&A team – will support the business to deliver the transformation program/project       
• External key relationships:
o External best practise, external partners to ensure we have got external insights, state of the art practise as well as working closely together on some of the projects)

Skills:
• Strong understanding of Transformation capabilities and scenarios (efficiency, offshoring, in- and outsourcing, growth) – strategy activation, delivery methods, operating model, org design, people transition, change, workplace, culture, talent
• Strong understanding of key M&A and JV processes, including experience navigating associated challenges
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and challenging deadlines.
•Change management expertise with the ability to create and execute strategies that drive organizational alignment and support employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated ability to interact confidently with senior leaders and employee populations both internally and externally.
• Ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments
• Ability to influence key stakeholders, strong consultancy skills and building relationships across the organisation
