Site Manager

1. To be independent, able to report to all stakeholders involved on status of punch items, what has been completed and balance by when.
2. Candidate must be able to do resources planning to complete the daily tasks and organizing/ assigning resources to close punch items.
3. Able to coordinate/communicate with sub cons/stakeholders to ensure clear information is being reported/disseminated.
4. Act as a quality control engineer to verify the works completed by sub-con prior inviting customer for the final inspection.
5. Responsible for on-site equipment - Low voltage distribution panels.
