The Role As the Site Operations Manager, you will oversee site operations, ensuring excellence in patient safety, regulatory compliance, and study execution. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and mentoring the clinical team to achieve high performance and engagement.
  • Managing study timelines, ensuring quality standards and enrolment targets are met.
  • Overseeing staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
  • Building strong relationships with sponsors, hospitals, and medical centres.
  • Optimizing recruitment strategies and team rosters for operational efficiency.
  • Fostering a positive, high-performance culture aligned with organizational values.
About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong leadership in multidisciplinary environments.
  • Proven experience in clinical trial management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical governance, and patient safety protocols.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A post-graduate clinical qualification (highly regarded).
  • Budget management experience in site operations.
