Project : greenfield installation of an Electrolyzer unit for H2 Production
We are looking for an experienced Site Planning Engineer to take over the planning of the 30 months construction activities of a major EPC contract, valued around 500M Eu.
It consists in the greenfield installation of an Electrolyzer unit for H2 Production. The civil works have already started and long lead items are ordered
Setting project priorities, support to management on construction strategy, driving of subcontractors' works are the key activities to be performed by the right candidate.

Basic Requirements :
- 10-15 years of Experience on large industrial EPC Projects
- Good knowledge of Primavera P6 (mandatory)
- Significant Experience on construction site
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Google sheet is a plus
- Soft skills : proactivity, very good communication, curiosity, leadership
Planning General Skills :
- Ability to prepare the baseline of a project schedule and progress measurement sheets: Use the Work Breakdown Structure of the Group;
- Ensure that all the activities including those from the customer and other stakeholders are presented;
- Coordinate with Disciplines to ensure proper dates, duration, links and weight;
- Analyze the critical path (or close to be critical paths) and work with PM to improve and mitigate schedule risk;
- Coordinate with project team and discipline team
- Work in close relation with Project Engineers; Participate to projects reviews and coordination meetings of the project;
- On a monthly basis, update the schedule and progress measurement sheets as per actual progress and realistic forecast
- Do the progress analysis (late tasks and coming weeks/look-ahead tasks)
- Propose corrective measures to improve the situation;
- Assist in the planning of project execution and in the control of the project to meet the requirements in terms of time deadlines, and progress.
- Support Project Manager in the Project Execution Strategy decisions; Structure all activities from start of work to the end of project.
- Provide transparency regarding time deadlines and progress.
