Role Purpose:
The Site Quality Coordinator is responsible for independently managing all aspects of Quality Assurance (QA) activities across relevant disciplines at the yards, under the guidance of the site manager and project quality manager. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QC) activities.

The Site Quality Coordinator is responsible for independently managing all aspects of Quality Assurance (QA) activities across relevant disciplines at the yards, under the guidance of the site manager and project quality manager. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QC) activities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervision - Responsible for overseeing QA and Quality surveillance activities related to the site. Provides guidance to Construction Superintendent and Quality supervisors and resolves conflicts with the assistance of the site manager and project quality manager.
- Industry codes and standards - Understand and working Knowledge of industry standards and specifications such as ASME, AWS, API, ISO, NORSOK, NACE etc.,
- Quality documents - Reviews and approvals of all sites related QA/QC procedures submitted by the fabricators in accordance with International and Classification Society requirements.
- Coordination/Surveillance - Coordinate with all stake holders at site. Witnesses/Surveillance and approves tests conducted by fabricator.
- Audits and assessments - Performs Quality Audits at site and Monitoring on Shipyard / Fabrication yard's sub suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure Company`s requirements are complied.
- Quality Campaigns - Plan and conduct Quality campaigns as per schedule
- OBS / NCR & Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Problem-solving skills - Capable to manage or develop solutions to non-recurring problems by analyzing, interpreting, and evaluating various precedents and data with the assistance of project QA manager, package engineer, site manager and supervisors. Verify and guide change management and technical/ site queries if any deviation to specifications/approved procedures is required at site.
- Commissiong and Preservation - Familiarity with Permit-To-Work, Livening Up, Lock Out – Tag Out, etc. processes related to Commissioning activity. Ability to perform surveillance of Preservation activities.
- KPI and Lesson Learnt - Development and report construction KPIs. Monitor/Feedback and verify LL Implementation at site.
- Degree or Diploma in Mech or any relevant Engineering discipline preferred.
- CSWIP / AWS / API certification. Senior level preferred.
- Having Minimum 10 years of experience in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas area.
- Handling Multi Discipline Knowledge.
- Specialist training and certification in relevant discipline certification or equivalent is required
